We are a fast-growing D2C womenβs accessories brand with 100K+ social audience, now entering a scale phase and expanding our team.
Location: Kolkata (On-site only)

Role Overview
We are looking for someone who can:
π Turn content into sales
π Turn ideas into high-performing creatives
π Work closely with performance marketing to drive revenue
What You Will Own
1. Creative Strategy (Core Responsibility)
- Develop hooks, angles, and concepts for:
- Instagram reels
- Paid ads (Meta)
2. Content Engine Execution
- Plan weekly content calendar
- Drive production of: reels, UGC-based videos
- Work with in-house team (editors/designers)
3. Performance Collaboration
- Work with performance marketing agency
- Supply: new ad creatives/week
- Analyse: CTR, Hook rate, Conversion signals
4. UGC & Creator Direction
- Script UGC videos
- Brief creators on:
- Hooks
- Storytelling formats
- Product positioning
