We are looking for a highly creative and execution-focused Creative Strategist / Production Associate to drive short-form content creation from ideation to publishing. This role sits at the core of the content engine, requiring someone who can seamlessly translate ideas into high-performing videos across platforms like Reels, Shorts, and ads. The ideal candidate is both a thinker and a doer—someone who understands what makes content engaging and can ensure it gets produced and delivered efficiently. Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the bridge between ideation, production, and publishing of short-form content
- Convert raw ideas into structured, shoot-ready scripts with strong hooks and storytelling
- Manage the end-to-end content pipeline to ensure consistent and timely output
- Collaborate closely with videographers, editors, and marketing teams for smooth execution
- Analyze viral trends across social platforms and apply insights to content strategy
- Improve content performance by optimizing hooks, pacing, and audience retention
- Oversee shoot planning and post-production workflows to maintain quality and speed
- Identify bottlenecks in the production process and proactively resolve them
- Ensure content aligns with brand goals and performance metrics
- Balance creative thinking with execution to deliver impactful content consistently
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 1-3 years of experience in content creation, production, or creative strategy
- Strong understanding of short-form content formats such as Reels, Shorts, and digital ads
- Proven ability to write engaging, high-retention scripts
- Deep understanding of digital trends, internet culture, and audience behavior
- Hands-on mindset with the ability to execute ideas quickly and efficiently
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing priorities
- Good sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual engagement
- Basic knowledge of video production or editing is an advantage
- Familiarity with performance-driven content and Meta ads is a plus
- Proactive problem-solving approach with a focus on execution and results
