Job Title: Creative Strategy & Planning

Location: Mumbai

Qualification: Graduate degree or diploma in Advertising, Mass Media, Communication Design, Visual Merchandising, or Digital Marketing.

Experience: 2-3 years of experience in BTL, experiential, retail, or on-ground activations

We’re looking for a passionate, insight-driven Creative Strategy & Planning professional who can translate cultural signals, brand truths, and audience behavior into powerful creative territories, compelling narratives, and high-impact ideas.


This role goes beyond traditional planning—it requires someone who can shape ideas, not just frameworks, bringing together strategy and creativity to build work that is both meaningful and executable on-ground.


You should have a natural curiosity, sharp thinking, and the ability to collaborate across creative, business, and execution teams to take ideas from insight to impactful experiences.


Responsibilities:

  1. Lead creative strategy, campaign territories, and narrative development for both existing clients and new business pitches
  2. Decode culture, consumer behavior, and category dynamics to unlock fresh, actionable insights
  3. Build brand positioning, creative directions, audience personas, and experience frameworks
  4. Partner closely with the creative team to shape ideas, not just validate them
  5. Work with business, production, and operations teams to ensure ideas are feasible, scalable, and impactful on-ground
  6. Develop pitch narratives, case storylines, and presentation flows that bring ideas to life
  7. Evaluate campaign effectiveness and extract insights to evolve creative thinking and strategy
