Job details:
We are hiring a Creative Strategist who thinks like a performance marketer and writes like someone who has actually read the reviews.
Not someone who makes ads look good. Someone who makes ads make money.
You live in the data. You read competitor Trustpilot reviews for fun. You can watch an ad once, map the entire structure, and tell us exactly what to steal and what to fix. You write hooks that make people stop mid-scroll, not hooks that sound like marketing copy.
You do not wait for a brief. You write the brief. You do not need to be told what the customer wants. You go find out.
Apply only if you can join within 7 days.
Start date: on or before 28 May 2026. If you cannot join by then, please do not apply.
What you actually do here
You are the person who decides what ads get made, why they get made, and whether they are going to win before they ever touch a Meta account.
One day you are breaking down 10 competitor ads frame by frame and extracting the three structures worth stealing. The next you are writing 5 full ad briefs with hooks, scripts, B-roll direction, and testing instructions. The day after that you are reviewing performance data with the media buyer and telling them exactly what to build next based on what the account is telling you.
You own creative output end to end. Concept to brief to production to test results.
You work directly with the founder. You ship weekly. You never need to be chased.
What we need
You think in buckets, not vibes. You know the difference between a Problem Aware hook and a Most Aware hook and you know which one to write for which audience. You write in the customer's exact words, not in marketing language.
Must have:
- You have written paid social ads that have actually run. Not spec work. Real ads with real spend behind them.
- You have worked with at least one US-based brand. You understand how American DTC buyers think, talk, and buy. If all your experience is domestic, this is not the role.
- You can break down a competitor ad structure in writing — hook type, stage of awareness, emotional beat per section, what works, what does not, what to steal.
- You write short-form scripts that sound like a real person talking, not a brand announcement.
- You understand Meta creative testing — what a CBO is, what a winning signal looks like, when to scale and when to cut.
- You have done customer research from real sources — reviews, comments, Reddit, Trustpilot — and turned that language directly into ad copy.
- You can write a complete creative brief that a production team can execute without asking you a single follow-up question.
- You have an opinion on what makes a hook work and you can defend it with specifics, not feelings.
AI tool stack (non-negotiable):
- Claude or ChatGPT — you use these every day for research, scripting, and brief writing. Not occasionally. Daily.
- You use AI to do the thinking faster, not to skip the thinking. There is a difference and we will see it in your work.
- You have used AI to break down competitor ads, extract customer language from reviews, and generate hook variants at volume.
- You know which AI tool is better for which job. You have an opinion and you can defend it.
- You stay current. You know what dropped last week. You are not using the same workflow you built six months ago.
- Bonus: you have used Gemini, Grok, or Perplexity for ad research and know when each one gives you better output than the others.
Mindset (non-negotiable):
- You read ads the way other people read books. You notice what other people scroll past.
- You think about CAC, creative velocity, and testing volume — not just whether the ad looks nice.
- You are comfortable with data. You know a 0.8% CTR means the hook failed, not the product.
- This is a startup. We work when the work needs to get done. That includes weekends. If that is a problem, this is not the role.
What you get
- Rs. 60,000 per month to start
- Fully remote, IST hours
- Direct access to the founder, no layers, no standups that could have been a message
- Real creative ownership from day one — you build the system, you own the output
- Uncapped upside. We run multiple products and we promote people who make us win. The right person here does not stay at Rs. 60,000 for long.
How to get hired
There is no resume review. There is a task.
The Google form below has everything. It is a real creative strategy task. You will be given a competitor ad and a product context and asked to break it down, build a concept, and write a complete brief. That is Round 1.
We pay for good work. Top submissions get compensated regardless of whether you are hired. Quality deserves to be rewarded.
If your work is good, we will talk. If it is not, we will not waste each other's time.
Use every tool you have. Research properly. Write in the customer's language, not yours.

Applications outside the form will not be reviewed. We read every submission carefully before shortlisting.
No brief submitted, no consideration. Do not apply if you cannot start by 28 May 2026.
