Role Overview – Creative Strategist
A performance-driven role focused on building and scaling high-converting creatives across digital platforms. You will own the entire creative lifecycle—from ideation to testing—with the goal of driving revenue through better CTR, CAC, and creative performance.

Creative is the biggest growth lever today. The difference in CAC comes from the hook, storytelling, and speed of testing—not media buying.
This is
not a design role, but a
revenue-focused role where 80% of performance is driven by creative.
What You’ll Own
- End-to-end creative strategy (Meta, Google, YouTube, marketplaces)
- Hooks, angles, scripts, and messaging
- Creative testing systems and output velocity Your goal: turn ideas into revenue
What You’ll Do
- Develop high-converting ideas based on customer insights
- Create and scale performance-driven creatives (ads, videos, UGC, landing pages)
- Run continuous testing and iteration cycles
- Analyse data (CTR, CAC, conversions) to improve performance
- Collaborate with marketing, founders, and design teams
Success Metrics
CTR, CAC, creative win rate, hook rate, and creative fatigue
Success is measured by
performance, not aesthetics
Ideal Candidate
- 3–6 years in performance creative/content strategy
- Strong portfolio of paid ads and social content
- Deep understanding of consumer psychology and attention economy
- Able to generate ideas quickly and work in a high-speed environment
