Creative Strategist:
Are you someone who understands both creativity and performance? We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who can create high-converting ad concepts and scale winning creatives across Meta & Google Ads.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Develop creative angles, hooks & ad concepts
• Plan UGC, reels, statics & carousel creatives
• Analyze CTR, Hook Rate, Hold Rate & ROAS
• Work closely with media buyers & creative teams
• Research competitor ads & market trends
• Build and optimize creative testing strategies
✅ Preferred Experience:
• 2–5 years in Performance Marketing / D2C
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads creatives
• Experience with performance-driven campaigns
