We are looking for a Creative Strategist to drive innovative content and campaign strategies that strengthen Scry AI’s brand, messaging, and market presence. This role is critical in connecting creative thinking with business objectives to deliver impactful marketing outcomes.
Role Overview
As a Creative Strategist at Scry AI, you will be responsible for developing creative concepts, campaign strategies, and content directions that resonate with B2B audiences. You will work closely with marketing, content, and design teams to craft compelling narratives that drive engagement, awareness, and conversion.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with creative execution and can translate business goals into high-impact campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Strategy & Campaign Planning
- Develop creative strategies aligned with marketing and business goals
- Conceptualize campaigns across digital channels, including social, web, and content
- Ensure ideas are aligned with brand positioning and audience needs
Content Direction & Storytelling
- Define content themes, narratives, and messaging frameworks
- Guide content creation across blogs, campaigns, and marketing assets
- Ensure storytelling is engaging, relevant, and consistent
Audience Insights & Market Understanding
- Analyze target audiences, industry trends, and competitor strategies
- Identify content gaps and opportunities for differentiation
- Align creative direction with audience behavior and intent
Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with content, design, and marketing teams
- Provide direction and feedback on creative assets and campaigns
- Ensure seamless execution from concept to delivery
Performance & Optimization
- Track campaign performance and engagement metrics
- Refine strategies based on insights and feedback
- Continuously improve creative approaches for better results
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Strong experience in creative strategy, content strategy, or marketing roles
- Ability to develop and execute campaign ideas across channels
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and conceptual thinking skills
- Understanding of B2B marketing and audience behavior
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data
- Familiarity with AI, SaaS, or enterprise technology is a plus
