Hiring Creative Strategist (Travel & Destination Content)
About RealityBox
RealityBox is a travel and destination storytelling company that produces cinematic films and branded content for tourism boards, hospitality brands, and travel companies.
We combine strategic thinking with filmmaking to create visual stories that help destinations and brands build aspiration, emotional connection, and real engagement with travellers.
Our work focuses on destination films, brand films, travel series, and high quality short form content designed for both storytelling and marketing impact.
The Role
We are looking for a Creative Strategist who can turn client briefs into powerful storytelling concepts and compelling proposal decks.
You will work closely with the business development and production teams to develop creative ideas for destination campaigns, brand films, and travel series.

• Location: New Delhi (Office located in East of Kailash)
Key Responsibilities
• Brief Analysis: Understand client briefs and identify the core storytelling opportunity.
• Concept Development: Develop creative concepts for destination films, brand films, and travel series.
• Proposal Creation: Build proposal decks, storytelling frameworks, and pitch presentations.
• Creative Direction Support: Work closely with the production team to shape narrative flow and visual direction.
• Pitch Support: Support the business development team during pitches and proposal presentations.
Who You Are
• The Thinker: Able to translate ideas into clear storytelling concepts and structured presentations.
• The Strategist: Understands brand communication, audience psychology, and campaign objectives.
• The Story Builder: Passionate about storytelling, travel, and cinematic content.
• The Professional: Experience in advertising, branded content, storytelling, or media strategy is preferred.
Work Environment
• Work from our office in East of Kailash, New Delhi.
