We're hiring 3 Creative Strategists — Calicut (1) & Coimbatore (2).
₹30,000 – ₹50,000 / month, based on experience · On-site · Full-time . KINFRA, Calicut & Kamsys, Saravanampatti, Coimbatore

We are a doctor-led Ayurvedic D2C skincare brand purpose-built for the 100+ million Indians living with chronic skin conditions — psoriasis, eczema, and dermatitis. Founded by three alumni of IIM Lucknow and NIT, our formulations are rooted in Ayurvedic tradition, validated through clinical practice. We don't just treat skin. We treat people — with protocols built around their condition, their body, and their life.
Rooted in Kerala's botanical heritage, we're scaling nationally and into the Middle East — with offices in Calicut and Coimbatore and a Bangalore facility on the way.
The content layer that makes this mission visible is what we're building now. Not a fixed playbook. A living engine that earns trust before someone has spoken to a doctor — and keeps earning it.
This role is for someone who: → Actively researches what's working across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and YouTube — and brings new ad and organic formats into the pipeline before the rest of the category catches on → Writes ad scripts that stop a scroll, earn trust fast, and move someone toward a consultation — within the real constraints of healthcare advertising → Writes organic scripts for doctor-led reels, condition explainers, and patient stories with the same discipline → Manages content calendars and communities across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube → Keeps the brand voice consistent, warm, and clinically grounded across every format
This is not a role for someone who executes what they're told and waits for the next brief.
What we're looking for: 2–3 years in content, social media, or brand communication. Strong writers who've grown into creative research, scripting, and social — not the other way around. Demonstrated curiosity about formats is non-negotiable. Experience in health or wellness is an advantage. Knowledge of SEO or AEO is a bonus.
Language requirements: → Calicut — Malayalam + English, mandatory → Coimbatore — Tamil + English, mandatory · Kannada is a bonus
