Role Overview
We’re looking for a Creative strategist who can own the brand’s creative direction across platforms. This role goes beyond design- it’s about shaping how the brand looks, feels, and communicates.
From visuals to copy to content strategy, you’ll bring direction, clarity and taste to everything we put out.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and evolve the creative direction of the brand
- Develop strong, distinctive visual aesthetics for organic platforms
- Plan and execute consistent content strategies across platforms
- Conceptualise and guide photoshoots, campaigns and launches
- Translate product, philosophy and culture into clear, compelling ideas
- Conduct trend research and turn insights into relevant content and campaigns
- Structure content calendars and ensure timely execution
- Collaborate closely with marketing and media teams
- Manage and mentor creative team members (design, content, etc.)
- Ensure all output aligns with brand positioning and business goals
- Bring structure to content while keeping it original and intentional
- Write & oversee copy for campaign lines, hooks, scripts and captions
What We’re Looking For
- Strong sense of aesthetics, visuals and storytelling
- Ability to think in concepts, creative direction and execution
- Sharp copywriting and clear communication skills
- Deep understanding of social media and content
- Experience in creative, brand or content roles
- Ability to think both creatively and strategically
- Experience leading teams and collaborating cross-functionally
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects and timelines
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment
