Role Description
We are seeking a Creative Strategist for our Indore-based office. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Creative Strategist will develop innovative brand strategies, conceptualize marketing campaigns, and craft compelling ideas to drive digital and traditional media engagement. Responsibilities include conducting in-depth research, creating creative proposals, leading brainstorming sessions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute impactful projects.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy to conceptualize and execute engaging campaigns
- Expertise in Brand Strategy to align creative efforts with business objectives
- Proficiency in Writing and Research to craft clear, compelling, and well-researched content
- Ability to think critically, solve problems creatively, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience in digital marketing or advertising agencies is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field
