Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Creative Strategist role based in Mumbai. The Creative Strategist will develop and execute innovative creative strategies, design brand-centric campaigns, and oversee the creative direction of projects. Responsibilities include conducting market research, crafting compelling narratives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring all campaigns align with brand guidelines. The role requires participation in brainstorming sessions and delivering presentations to clients while maintaining quality and originality in all creative efforts.
Qualifications
- Experience in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy to develop impactful and innovative campaigns
- Proficiency in Brand Strategy and crafting cohesive brand narratives
- Strong Writing skills and the ability to create persuasive and original content
- Excellent Research skills to understand market trends and audience insights
- Outstanding project management, collaboration, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience within the Influencer Marketing or Media industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
