About the Role
We are looking for a Creative Strategist with 8–9 years of experience who can bring together creative thinking, copywriting excellence, social media understanding, and growth strategy to help scale our brand organically.
This role is for someone who understands that content is not just about posting regularly — it is about building attention, authority, engagement, and revenue. The ideal candidate has a strong grounding in copywriting and social media, while also being able to contribute to larger marketing strategy, organic brand growth, campaign thinking, and audience development.
This is a high-ownership role that spans creative and strategic thinking — from content and messaging to email marketing and organic growth — helping us sharpen how the brand shows up and performs.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Own and drive the brand's creative strategy across organic channels
- Develop strong content directions that improve reach, engagement, views, and brand-led revenue
- Strengthen copywriting across social media, campaigns, launches, emailers, captions, hooks, and audience-facing communication
- Lead thinking around organic social media growth and platform-specific content strategies
- Improve the effectiveness of email marketing, including campaign messaging, nurture communication, and promotional content
- Translate business goals into content themes, campaign ideas, launch narratives, and storytelling frameworks
- Work closely with designers, editors, content teams, and marketing stakeholders to ensure quality and consistency in execution
- Bring sharper audience understanding, creative experimentation, and stronger messaging into the brand's content engine
- Review performance trends and identify what is helping content drive visibility, retention, trust, and conversions
- Help shape a more differentiated and compelling brand voice across channels
- Contribute to the larger organic growth strategy by aligning creative output with business and revenue goals
What We're Looking For
- 8–9 years of relevant experience in creative strategy, content strategy, social media, copywriting, or brand marketing
- Strong background in copywriting and social media-led growth
- Ability to think both creatively and strategically
- Strong understanding of content formats, hooks, storytelling, audience psychology, and platform behaviour
- Experience building or scaling content for brands through organic channels
- Good understanding of email marketing copy and communication strategy
- Ability to connect creative output with business metrics such as engagement, leads, community growth, and revenue
- Strong taste level, communication skills, and ability to give direction to creative teams
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with high ownership
- Someone who can move between big-picture brand thinking and hands-on creative problem solving
Preferred Advantage
- Experience in founder-led brands, personal brands, education, wellness, spirituality, or high-engagement consumer-facing businesses
- Experience collaborating with content creators, editors, designers, and growth teams
- Familiarity with how organic content supports lead generation, offer visibility, and conversion journeys

Compensation
