Creative Strategist – Social Media
Location: Bangalore (On-site)
We’re looking for someone who is obsessed with social media.
Someone who is constantly tracking trends, understands what makes content work, and can turn ideas into content people actually want to watch, share, and engage with.
This is a creative-first role — strategy and growth will follow great content.
Role Overview
● Lead content ideation and execution across social platforms
● Build brands through trend-led, engaging, high-performing content
● Work closely with clients, creators, and internal teams to bring ideas to life
Key Responsibilities
● Ideate and create trend-driven content across formats (Reels, videos, static, etc.)
Stay on top of trends, formats, and platform shifts — and act on them quickly
● Build content that is engaging, shareable, and designed for reach
● Develop strong hooks, captions, and storytelling that improve content performance
● Adapt trends in a way that fits the brand’s voice and identity
● Plan and manage content calendars aligned with campaigns, trends, and cultural moments
● Collaborate with designers, creators, and internal teams to execute content end-to-end
● Work with creators and influencers to drive content and reach
● Manage community engagement across comments, DMs, and interactions to build brand voice
● Work closely with clients to understand brand tone, goals, and expectations
Required Skills & Experience
● 5+ years of experience in social media/content-led roles
● Proven experience in creating content that has driven reach and engagement
● Deep understanding of social media trends, formats, and platform behaviour (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
● Strong creative instinct — knows what will work before it does
● Ability to create or guide both static and video-first content
● Strong sense of hooks, captions, and storytelling
● Experience working with influencers or creator-led content
● Hands-on content creation experience (shooting/editing)
● Experience managing client communication and expectations
● Ability to work in fast-paced environments and execute quickly
Good to Have
● Ability to analyse performance and derive insights from content
● Experience with reporting and tracking monthly metrics
● Understanding of paid social (Meta Ads, boosting, etc.)
