Overview:
We are looking for a highly creative individual who can ideate, script, shoot, and edit high-performing short-form video content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.). This role is ideal for someone who has worked with creators or managed social media content and understands how to create engaging, viral-ready videos.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, script, and execute short-form video content
- Shoot videos using smartphone/camera with proper framing and lighting
- Edit engaging videos optimized for Reels, Shorts, and social platforms
- Create strong hooks and storytelling formats to maximize retention
- Stay updated with trends and adapt them into content ideas
- Collaborate with the team to align content with brand goals
- Analyze content performance and improve future videos
Requirements:
- 1–4 years of experience in video editing / content creation
- Proven portfolio of reels or short-form content (must provide links)
- Proficiency in tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects
- Basic videography skills (camera handling, lighting, composition)
- Strong understanding of social media trends and audience behavior
- Ability to think creatively and execute ideas independently
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with influencers or creator brands
- Experience growing Instagram or YouTube pages
- Understanding of content strategy and viral formats
