Role Overview
This role is responsible for turning brand problems into powerful campaign ideas.
You will work at the intersection of brand, content, and culture, building influencer-led campaigns that are not only creative but also structured to perform at scale.
This is a thinking-first role focused on:
- Big idea generation
- Narrative building
- Influencer-led storytelling
- Presentation and selling of ideas
Execution support exists, but ownership of thinking sits here.
Key Responsibilities
1) Brand & Audience Understanding
- Decode brand positioning, category dynamics, and consumer behavior
- Translate briefs into clear, insight-backed creative directions
- Ensure all campaigns align with brand tonality and business objectives
2) Big Idea & Campaign Development
- Develop scalable campaign ideas that can work across multiple creators
- Build concepts that are:
- Repeatable
- Shareable
- Platform-native
- Move beyond posts to formats, series, and cultural hooks
3) Influencer First Thinking
- Use influencers as primary storytelling channels, not just distribution
- Identify the right creator archetypes for each campaign
- Co-create ideas that feel authentic to the creator and relevant to the audience
4) Scripting & Storytelling
- Write and refine:
- Video scripts
- Hooks (first 3–5 seconds)
- Narrative flows (setup → engagement → payoff)
- Create content frameworks that creators can adapt without losing structure
5) Viral & Platform Thinking
- Design content with a clear reason to spread
Apply principles of:
- Relatability
- Aspiration
- Curiosity
- Utility
- Build ideas that naturally drive:
- Shares
- Saves
- Comments
6) Presentation & Idea Selling
- Build clear, compelling campaign decks
- Structure narratives across:
- Insight → Idea → Execution → Expected impact
- Present to internal teams and clients with clarity and confidence
Core Capabilities
- Strong understanding of brands, audiences, and internet culture
- Proven ability to generate original, scalable campaign ideas
- Hands-on experience in scripting and storytelling
- Clear understanding of what drives engagement and virality
- Ability to connect creative ideas with business outcomes
- Comfort with interpreting performance metrics and extracting insights
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to articulate and sell ideas effectively
- Experience working with creators or cross-functional teams
- Ability to balance structure with creative flexibility
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Prior experience in influencer marketing, content strategy, or creative strategy preferred
