- Location: Nirman Vihar, Delhi
- Job Type: Full Time
- Work Mode: Work From Office
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Working Days: Monday – Saturday (Saturday WFH)
- Salary: ₹30,000 Fixed + Up to ₹5,000 Performance Bonus
- Experience: Minimum 1 Year (D2C/E-commerce Preferred)
- Qualification: Graduate
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-converting ad concepts using consumer psychology
- Build scroll-stopping Meta & UGC ad creatives
- Source and manage creators/influencers
- Write compelling hooks and short-form ad scripts
- Coordinate content production from concept to delivery
- Collaborate with founders & marketing teams to improve campaign performance
✅ Skills Required
- Experience with D2C/E-commerce brands
- Knowledge of Meta Ads & Instagram Reels
- Strong storytelling and copywriting ability
- UGC ad understanding
- Influencer coordination experience
- Performance marketing mindset
