Role Description
The Creative Project Manager will oversee real estate content development projects from conception to delivery. Key responsibilities include planning and managing project timelines, handling client communication, allocating resources, ensuring project deliverables align with creative strategies, and maintaining budgets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, requiring collaboration with a cross-functional creative team to meet project milestones and deliver exceptional client outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong Project Management skills, including planning, organization, and execution of complex projects.
- Excellent Communication skills for seamless coordination with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Budgeting to effectively allocate resources and manage project costs.
- Creative Strategy expertise to guide and align project deliverables with client objectives.
- Ability to engage in Creative Problem Solving to address project challenges and ensure optimal outcomes.
- A proven track record of managing creative and/or real estate-focused projects is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge or experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
