Job Description
Responsibilities:
● Receive and review creative requests from social media managers, content strategists, and account managers, and assign tasks to the appropriate designers and video editors.
● Coordinate and manage the day-to-day workflow of the creative team (graphic designers and video editors), ensuring efficient task allocation and execution.
● Track project timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed and submitted within defined deadlines.
● Maintain and update a dynamic task calendar, prioritizing projects based on urgency, client objectives, and team capacity.
● Conduct regular check-ins with designers and editors to monitor progress, proactively identify bottlenecks, and rebalance workloads when required.
● Act as the primary liaison between social media and creative teams, ensuring briefs are clear, accurate, and consistently updated.
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all ongoing projects using project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or Google Sheets.
● Manage and communicate internal and client feedback effectively, ensuring revisions are tracked and completed within agreed timelines.
Qualifications:
● 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, creative operations, or a similar role within a creative or marketing environment.
● Strong time management and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
● Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
● Familiarity with social media creative workflows (graphics, videos, carousels, etc.) is an added advantage.
● Prior experience in an agency environment is a plus.
