We are looking for a highly execution-focused Creative Production Specialist to support our marketing team with day-to-day graphic design and basic video production needs. This role is designed to strengthen our creative execution capacity and reduce dependency on senior designers for routine and repetitive tasks.
You will work closely with the Marketing Lead, Marketing Manager, Senior Marketing Specialist, and creative team to produce consistent, on-brand visual assets across digital platforms. This is a hands-on role requiring speed, accuracy, and strong visual judgment rather than conceptual strategy ownership.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Graphic Design & Visual Production
Design marketing creatives for LinkedIn, website, ads, events, and internal communications
Create social media posts, carousels, banners, thumbnails, and presentation visuals
Adapt master templates into platform-specific formats (1:1, 4:5, 9:16, banners, etc.)
Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines and visual consistency
Basic Video Support
Perform light video editing such as trimming, resizing, captioning, and formatting
Assist with short-form videos (LinkedIn reels, YouTube Shorts, Instagram)
Add subtitles, overlays, transitions, and basic motion elements
Creative Operations Support
Manage creative files, exports, naming conventions, and asset libraries
Support campaign rollouts by delivering creatives within defined timelines
Collaborate with senior designer and video editor for quality alignment
REQUIRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
2 – 4 years of experience in graphic design or creative production
Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Canva
Basic video editing experience using Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
Strong understanding of digital formats and platform requirements
Ability to execute tasks quickly with minimal supervision
High attention to detail and strong communication skills
