Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Creative Product Specialist based in Delhi, India.
This is a core creative role within the organization, focused on transforming our product range into well-structured, market-ready collections for global buyers. You will not just design catalogs — you will think like a product strategist, building product families, improving product positioning, and enhancing how our offerings are perceived internationally.
The role requires a combination of creativity, product understanding, and technical execution, using modern design tools and AI to elevate product presentation and conceptualization. You will work closely with sourcing, merchandising, and production teams to ensure that ideas are both visually compelling and commercially viable.

Key Responsibilities
• Conceptualize and develop structured product families and collections across cookware, kitchenware, and tabletop categories
• Analyze existing products and creatively enhance their positioning, grouping, and presentation
• Create strong product storytelling and themes tailored for international markets (USA, Europe, Middle East)
• Design high-quality product catalogs, presentations, and client-facing materials (digital/PDF)
• Leverage AI tools and design software to generate concepts, improve visuals, and streamline creative workflows
• Maintain and organize product data including specifications, SKUs, sizes, finishes, and variations
• Collaborate with sourcing and production teams to ensure feasibility of concepts
• Coordinate with photography and content teams to achieve consistent and premium visual output
• Stay updated with global design, kitchenware, and lifestyle trends to keep product offerings competitive

Qualifications
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in creative product roles, cataloging, merchandising, or design
• Strong creative thinking with a commercial/product mindset
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and similar tools
• Working knowledge of AI tools for design, content creation, or visualization
• Strong understanding of layout design, branding, and product presentation
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel
• High attention to detail and strong aesthetic sense
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
