Job description
- Responsible for the end-to-end music production process, from ideation and concept development to final delivery, such as studio albums and singles.
- Leverage strong industry connections to identify and collaborate with emerging and established talent - music artists, producers, directors, etc.
- Develop original music concepts and content strategies that align with company goals and current audience trends.
- Independently manage multiple music projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution, quality control, and budget adherence throughout all production stages.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, A&R, social media, legal, and platform teams to align on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
