Job details:
We're hiring someone who can make even the most ordinary wedding look editorial — and hold the entire production day together.
Role: Creative Producer (Client Servicing + Creative Direction + On-Ground Production)
This isn't a pure shooting role, and it isn't a pure coordination role either.
It's someone who has consumed enough fashion, documentary, and cinema to know what makes a frame, a moment, or a story different — and can bring that thinking into how we shoot weddings. Someone who can walk into a plain hall, a regular decor setup, or a small, low-budget wedding, and still know exactly what to add, remove, or shift to make it look intimate and editorial. Someone who can think in 15-20 second film moments — the way a scene would open, build, and land — before a single shot is taken.
And it's also someone who can run a heavy production day: managing the client in real time, coordinating the entire team and vendors, and keeping every tracker and detail in order.
If you've never looked at a wedding photo or film and thought "this could've been shot so differently" — this isn't for you.
If you've never handled a client, a team, and a vendor all going sideways at the same time — this also isn't for you.
We need both instincts in the same person. If you're a photographer or videographer whose eye already works this way — who can make a small, ordinary space feel editorial — you should apply too.
About Us
We are a premium wedding photography & films studio, known for emotionally rich storytelling blended with fashion-forward visuals and destination weddings.
What This Role Actually Looks Like
Before the wedding:
– Bring your own visual references — fashion, documentary, cinema, anything you've watched or noticed — and translate them into ideas for how this specific wedding should be shot differently
– Give the photography and film team clear creative direction to work from
– Be the main point of contact for the client — answering questions, managing expectations, keeping them confident and calm
On the wedding day:
– Run the full production — team, vendors, timelines, trackers, data
– Manage the client in real time
– Step in with creative touches when it matters — a prop, a concept, a portrait setup, a key moment
After the wedding:
– Review the film and photo selects
– Make sure the story that was envisioned actually made it to the final output
– Handle delivery timelines and client follow-ups
Who This Is For
✔ Someone who's watched enough fashion, documentary, and film to have real opinions on what makes visual storytelling good — and can turn that into direction, not just taste
✔ Someone who can run a heavy production day without losing their calm
✔ Someone who's hands-on, not just conceptual
✔ Photographers or videographers whose eye already works this way — who can make even a plain, ordinary space feel editorial
Who This Is NOT For
❌ Graphic designers or pure visual stylists who've never handled a client or a production day end-to-end
❌ Pure client-servicing people with no real point of view on visual storytelling
❌ Anyone who sees client handling, vendor management, or coordination as "not creative work"
❌ People uncomfortable with long, unpredictable wedding days
Basic Requirements
– 3+ years experience across creative direction / content curation and client-facing or on-ground production roles
– Based in/near Mumbai (Work from office – Malad West)
– Valid passport (travel involved)
– Comfortable with Google Sheets, coordination, and communication workflows
Compensation: Decent and fair for someone 3-4 years into their career — not a premium/senior package. If you're looking for a senior-level salary, this role isn't the right fit yet, but it's a strong stepping stone.
If you've read till here and still feel excited, this is probably a good fit.
