Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and execute engaging content for digital platforms
- Develop content ideas, scripts, storyboards, and campaign concepts
- Coordinate shoots, video production, editing, and post-production workflows
- Produce content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, websites, and ads
- Collaborate with designers, editors, marketing, and social media teams
- Research industry trends and viral formats to improve engagement
- Ensure consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual identity
- Manage content calendars and production timelines
- Optimize content for SEO and platform-specific performance
- Monitor analytics and improve content strategy based on performance
Required Skills
- Strong storytelling and scriptwriting abilities
- Experience in video production and content management
- Knowledge of social media trends and platform algorithms
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, Photoshop, or CapCut
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Media, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in content production, media, or digital marketing
- Experience with reels, podcasts, interviews, and branded content is a plus
- Familiarity with camera handling, lighting, and audio setup preferred
