Role Description
The Creative Strategist & Content Lead will lead the end-to-end execution of content for VOID Activewear across Instagram, campaigns, launches, community events, and brand storytelling.
This is a full-time, in-house role based in Airoli, Navi Mumbai. The role involves planning, shooting, editing, and managing short-form content while helping shape VOID’s creative identity and content direction.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Planning and executing Reels and content concepts
- Shooting and editing short-form content
- Covering events, community moments, and campaigns
- Improving content quality, consistency, and creative systems
- Collaborating directly with founders on content strategy and execution
- Monitoring content performance and experimenting with new ideas and formats
As the brand grows, the role will evolve into creative direction, content strategy, and managing the creative pipeline and future content team.
Qualifications
- Understanding of short-form storytelling, hooks, pacing, and retention
Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro or equivalent)
- Ability to shoot content on phone or camera
- Strong understanding of internet culture, trends, and creator behaviour
- Organized workflow and fast execution ability
- Basic understanding of Instagram and social media strategy
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Ability to take ownership, adapt quickly, and work with direct feedback
- Experience in fitness, fashion, lifestyle, or creator content is a plus
Compensation
This is a paid, full-time, in-house role. Compensation starts at ₹25,000/month and above based on skill, creativity, ownership, consistency, and overall fit.
