What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Drive the creation of high-quality podcast videos — from research and scripting to shoot and edit supervision.
- Collaborate with writers to develop sharp, insightful content ideas around business, finance, and technology.
- Shape the structure and pacing of each episode — give editorial cuts and maintain narrative flow.
- Manage timelines, coordinate with editors, and ensure every deliverable is on-brand and on time.
- Keep content fresh by bringing in trending topics, founder stories, and data-driven insights.
- Track performance metrics and iterate ideas based on what’s working.
🛠️ What You Need To Know:
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong understanding of business, finance, startups, and tech content.
- Excellent sense of story structure, editing logic, and narrative pacing.
- Ability to write and edit scripts and question flows for both long-form and short-form video.
- Familiarity with YouTube and Instagram algorithms — knows what clicks, what doesn’t.
- Basic knowledge of Premiere Pro (for communicating editorial cuts effectively).
- Experience working on podcasts or digital talk formats is a plus.
