About the Role
● We are looking for a highly creative and execution-focused Creative DOP who can lead shoots, visual storytelling, and production execution in a fast-paced content environment.
● This role requires someone who is comfortable handling pressure, tight deadlines, multiple moving parts, and real-time problem solving while maintaining high-quality output.
● You will work closely with content, production, post-production, and design teams to create engaging and high-retention YouTube content.
● We are looking for someone who is hands-on, proactive, adaptable, and deeply involved in the execution process from ideation to final output.
Key Responsibilities
● Lead ideation and visual execution for YouTube long-form videos
● Convert raw ideas into engaging, story-driven content formats
● Build strong hooks, narratives, and audience-retention focused content
● Lead and manage on-ground shoots and production activities
● Handle camera operations, framing, lighting, set execution, and shoot direction
● Solve production challenges in real time and ensure smooth execution
● Review scripts, edits, pacing, narratives, and final outputs
● Work closely with content, post-production, sound, and design teams
● Coordinate with editors on pacing, narrative flow, and final cuts
● Act as a bridge between creative vision and execution
What We’re Looking For
● 3–6+ years of experience in cinematography, filmmaking, creative production, or digital content production
● Strong background in cinematography/DOP
● Experience in camera handling, set design, lighting, and shoot execution
● Strong understanding of YouTube storytelling
● Strong ownership mindset and problem-solving ability
● Detail-oriented with a strong eye for pacing, framing, storytelling, and content quality
Preferred Skills
● Experience in finance/business content
● Experience in documentary-style or guerilla shoots
● Understanding of thumbnails and content packaging
● Experience building or scaling YouTube content channels
