🚀 We're Hiring | Creative Producer
📍 Location: Mira Road, Mumbai (Work From Office)
At GetSetFly Media, we're looking for a "Creative Producer" who can lead creative production from script to final delivery while ensuring high-quality execution and smooth team coordination.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Writers Team to understand scripts and creative vision.
- Create visual storyboards that translate scripts into engaging visual narratives.
- Lead and manage the Video Editors Team, ensuring seamless production workflows.
- Coordinate projects from pre-production to final delivery.
- Improve production efficiency, maintain quality standards, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful content.
✅ Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Creative Production.
- Experience handling and leading a Creative/Editors Team is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and content production workflows.
- Excellent communication, planning, and team coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
