Position: Creative Presentation Specialist (PPT & Design)
Location: Kolkata – Lee Road
Job Type: Full-time | In-person
About the Role
We are looking to hire a highly skilled and creative Presentation Specialist who can independently handle and lead the PPT and presentation design function across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality, professional, and creative PowerPoint presentations for:
- Corporate meetings
- Client pitches
- Marketing & branding
- Internal communications
- Develop advanced and visually engaging PPTs independently
- Translate complex data and ideas into clear, impactful visual presentations
- Lead and manage the presentation development function
- Collaborate with multiple departments to understand requirements and deliver timely outputs
- Ensure brand consistency and corporate communication standards across all presentations
Required Skills & Expertise
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (animations, transitions, storytelling, layouts)
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
- Sound understanding of creative tools and visual design principles
- Practical knowledge of AI tools for presentation creation and design enhancement
- Ability to independently produce all types of PPTs without external support
- Strong sense of creativity, layout, color, and typography
Experience & Qualification
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in PPT design / creative presentation roles
- Mandatory experience in corporate or departmental presentations
- Experience in financial services, corporate, or agency environments will be an added advantage
- Any graduate with a strong portfolio preferred
