Creative Performance Strategist @ We Brand Corp
At We Brand Corp, we are looking for a digital powerhouse. If you lose sleep over a poorly timed post, celebrate when a Reel breaks the algorithm, and know how to back up a viral hook with cold, hard ROAS - we want you on our team.
🎬 The Mission (What You'll Be Doing):
Architect the Grid: Own, drive, and execute airtight content calendars across a portfolio of premium brands. Zero misses. Zero excuses.
Write the Blueprint: Script everything from 15-second viral Reels and high-converting Ads to compelling Short Films and Carousel concepts.
The Brand Gatekeeper: Validate every single creative asset before it goes live. If the design is off or the caption doesn't sound like the brand, it doesn't leave your desk.
Trend & Traffic Hacker: Spot cultural waves before they peak, while actively running and optimizing razor-sharp campaigns on Google & Meta Ads Manager.
The Data Whisperer: Track performance, build weekly reports, and translate raw numbers and vanity metrics into actionable strategy.
Community & Collabs: Manage high-impact influencer partnerships and drive aggressive, non-passive community engagement.
✅ The Arsenal (What We're Looking For):
2–3 years in the trenches of social media or digital marketing (Agency background is highly preferred).
Elite scripting abilities: You know how to write a hook that stops a scroll and a narrative that holds attention.
A terrifyingly sharp eye: You instantly spot design errors, lazy captions, and brand inconsistencies.
Master of the juggle: Proven ability to manage multiple premium brands simultaneously without dropping a single deadline.
A proactive mindset: You don't just report problems; you bring the solutions before anyone else notices.
