Role Summary
We are hiring a Creator Partnerships Intern to support our internal partnerships and marketing team. This is an execution-focused role involving creator outreach, data tracking, and coordination.
Success in this role means consistently completing outreach tasks, maintaining accurate records, and identifying relevant creators for Atlabs campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Send outreach messages to creators via Instagram, YouTube, and email using predefined templates
- Track all outreach activity in a structured spreadsheet, including responses and follow-ups
- Respond to creator messages and categorize them based on interest and fit
- Identify and shortlist creators based on defined selection criteria (followers, content quality, niche)
- Follow up with creators who have not responded within 2–3 days
- Share campaign details and onboarding steps with selected creators
- Work with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding and communication
Qualifications
Required:
- Strong written English skills
- Ability to follow structured processes and templates
- Attention to detail in tracking and data entry
- Basic familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, and creator content
Preferred:
- Interest in marketing, creator partnerships, or AI tools
- Prior experience with outreach, internships, or content-related work
Compensation & Details
- This is a paid internship with a fixed monthly stipend (₹15k-20k)
- No fees or payments are required from applicants at any stage
- Duration: 2 months (extendable based on performance)
- This is an internal role at Atlabs and not a freelance or commission-based position
