We are looking for an experienced operations and client coordination professional to manage end-to-end execution for video marketing projects.
This role involves coordinating between clients, production teams, editors, and publishing teams to ensure content is delivered on time, maintains quality, and aligns with strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day client communication and account coordination
- Ensure content strategy is executed properly across shoots, editing, and publishing
- Coordinate with production teams during shoots
- Review edits and ensure quality, messaging, and brand alignment
- Work with publishing teams to ensure timely releases
- Track project progress, timelines, feedback, and approvals
- Maintain smooth communication between all stakeholders
Requirements- 3+ years of experience in video production, content operations, social media management, or account management
- Experience handling video production and editing teams
- Strong understanding of social media content workflows
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
- Based in Bangalore
Work Setup- Hybrid role
- Includes client visits and on-ground shoot coordination
