ABOUT THE ROLE
This is the most senior hire we are making this year, and we are looking for someone who has genuinely earned it. Not through titles, but through experience: someone who has shot on location, has sat in an edit suite, and has lived the chaos of content production from the inside — and has now evolved to the point where their value lies in making others do great work, not in doing it all themselves.
The Creative Operations Manager will sit between the founder and the execution team. They will own the quality, the pace, and the standards of everything that leaves this agency. When the founder is not in the room, this person is. They are the operational and creative backbone of the agency’s day-to-day.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Oversee the full content pipeline — from shoot handover to final client delivery. Edits, designs, captions, and approvals all pass through you.
• QC all outgoing content against brand standards and client briefs. You are the last line of defence before anything goes to a client.
• Directly manage editors and account managers — set expectations, review performance, and build the team’s ability to self-evaluate their work.
• Develop SOPs with the founder to standardise quality checks, briefing processes, and content review protocols so the team can operate independently at a higher bar.
• Own client escalations — when something goes wrong on an account, you step in ahead of the founder. Account managers report upward to you first.
• Drive the content calendar — ensure nothing stalls, nothing is late, and every account is flowing on schedule.
• Work with the founder to raise the team’s creative and strategic literacy — building a team that understands why content works, not just how to make it.
• Be present in the office two to three times a week to maintain team cohesion, conduct check-ins, and keep the floor running.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• 5–7+ years of experience in content production, creative operations, or agency work — with a background that includes time in front of a camera or behind an edit timeline.
• Someone who has moved past execution by choice — not because they couldn’t do it, but because they’ve realised their leverage is in enabling others.
• Exceptional communication and client-facing skills. You represent the agency when things get difficult. Composure and clarity are essential.
• Strong operational instincts — you build systems, you don’t just react to fires. You will be building the infrastructure that scales this agency.
• The ability to hold high creative standards without being in the weeds yourself — you can look at a piece of content and know immediately whether it’s right.
• Natural authority without ego. The team needs to respect your direction. Clients need to trust your voice. Neither happens by demanding it — it happens by earning it.
• Goa-based or willing to relocate. Two to three office days per week is a requirement, not a preference.
• Experience in F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle content is a strong advantage.
WHAT YOU’LL GET
• ₹70,000 – 75,000/month — the highest package in our team, calibrated to the seniority and ownership this role demands.
• A direct working relationship with the founder and genuine influence over how this agency grows.
• The opportunity to build something — SOPs, team culture, quality standards — from a point where it actually matters.
• A creative, fast-moving environment where your work has visible impact on real client outcomes.
