I am a photographer & filmmaker with 16+ years of experience. As my the scale of my work and complexity grows, I'm looking for someone to take ownership of the operational load off me so I can focus on the creative work.
This role is about reliability, clarity and execution plus requires a strong visual understanding
What you’ll handle -
- Prepare for client meetings, organising content, presentations.
- Scheduling shoots, meetings & follow-ups
- Shoot coordination & logistics and everything related to travel
- Basic follow-ups, task tracking
- General day-to-day admin support
You'll fit well If -
- You are highly organised, have a good visual sense (minimal, not over-designed)
- You understand direction and execute without over complicating
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- You have the capacity to manage multiple moving parts without loosing clarity
- Don't need a creative background
Location - Gurgaon (initially working from my home setup)
