A creative services role in the Advertising & Marketing sector delivering integrated brand storytelling, campaign concepting, and digital-first creative solutions for consumer and B2B clients.
Work closely with strategy, accounts and production to translate briefs into high-impact creative work across ATL, BTL and digital channels.
Location: India | Workplace: Hybrid
Position: Creative Mentor
Role & Responsibilities
- Mentor and coach creative teams (copywriters, art directors, designers) to elevate idea quality, craft and strategic alignment across campaigns.
- Lead structured portfolio reviews and one-to-one coaching to identify skill gaps and accelerate professional growth.
- Drive concept development and ideation sessions to produce original, insight-led creative territories that meet strategic objectives.
- Design and facilitate creative workshops, design sprints and playbacks to surface breakthrough ideas and improve cross-functional collaboration.
- Set and enforce creative standards, feedback frameworks and review processes to ensure consistent execution and client-ready deliverables.
- Collaborate with account leads and production to ensure concepts are feasible, on-brand, and aligned to timelines and budgets.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Proven track record mentoring creatives within an advertising or integrated agency environment.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong concepting, storytelling and campaign work across channels.
- Deep understanding of brand strategy, creative development and campaign lifecycle.
- Proficiency with industry design and prototyping tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).
Preferred
- Experience running creative workshops, design sprints or innovation labs.
- Client-facing experience presenting ideas, leading creative critiques and handling feedback under pressure.
