Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat for a Creative Mentor at a dynamic digital marketing agency. As a Creative Mentor, you will oversee the creative direction of marketing campaigns, inspire and guide a team of designers and creators, and ensure high-quality deliverables. You will lead brainstorming sessions, review and refine creative content, and collaborate with clients to align campaigns with their brand identity and goals. The role also involves staying updated on industry trends to provide fresh ideas and enhance the company’s creative standards.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Creative Direction, Concept Development, and Visual Storytelling
- Proficiency in Content Creation, Design Tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), and Multimedia Production
- Strong Project Management skills, including task delegation and deadline management
- Exceptional Communication and Team Leadership skills to mentor and inspire creative teams
- Up-to-date knowledge of Digital Marketing trends, Branding strategies, and Social Media Campaigns
- Proven ability to adapt to feedback while maintaining a high creative standard
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Fine Arts, Communications, or a related field
- Portfolio showcasing creative projects and campaigns
- Experience within a digital marketing agency or related field is highly preferred
