Videography Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content including reels, aftermovies, leadership interviews, campaign videos, office culture content, and social media creatives
- Handle camera setups, lighting arrangements, framing, composition, and on-ground production activities
- Capture visually compelling footage aligned with brand identity and storytelling objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand campaign goals and execute creative concepts effectively
- Ensure proper audio quality, scene transitions, and professional production standards during shoots
- Manage and organize raw footage and production assets efficiently
- Stay updated with current content trends, cinematography techniques, and social media video formats
Photography Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality photographs for events, branding initiatives, campaigns, employee engagement activities, and corporate communications
- Ensure creative composition, lighting, and visual consistency across all photography deliverables
- Support employer branding and marketing initiatives through visually impactful content
- Edit, retouch, and optimize images for social media, websites, presentations, and print materials
- Coordinate photography requirements for internal and external events
- Maintain consistency in brand aesthetics and visual storytelling across all photo assets
Video Editing Responsibilities
- Edit engaging and high-quality video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing tools
- Create polished outputs through effective storytelling, cuts, pacing, transitions, sound design, subtitles, and motion elements
- Produce content optimized for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, internal communications, and branding campaigns
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand creative requirements and deliver edits within timelines
- Enhance videos using color correction, audio balancing, graphics, and visual effects where required
- Ensure all final deliverables are aligned with brand guidelines and quality standards
Preferred Skills
- Strong understanding of videography, photography, and editing principles
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, or related creative tools
- Knowledge of camera handling, lighting setups, and audio equipment
- Creative mindset with strong storytelling and visual communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Understanding of current social media trends and digital content formats
