About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Creative Media Design Specialist with strong expertise in video editing and visual content production. The ideal candidate should have a modern creative mindset, strong visual aesthetics, and the ability to create premium-quality digital content for branding, marketing, and social media communication.
This role is heavily focused on professional video editing, creative storytelling, and high-quality visual execution across multiple digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality short-form and long-form videos for social media, advertising, branding, and marketing campaigns
- Create engaging reels, promotional videos, motion-based content, and platform-specific creatives
- Design digital creatives including banners, thumbnails, social media posts, presentations, and campaign assets
- Work on video pacing, storytelling, transitions, subtitles, sound synchronization, and visual enhancement
- Maintain strong visual consistency across all brand communication
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to execute creative campaigns effectively
- Stay updated with current design trends, editing styles, and digital content formats
- Deliver projects within timelines while maintaining high creative and production standards
Core Skill Requirement – Video Editing
Strong hands-on expertise in:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- After Effects
- CapCut
- DaVinci Resolve (Preferred)
Strong understanding of:
- Video storytelling and pacing
- Motion graphics fundamentals
- Audio balancing and synchronization
- Short-form content optimization
- Social media editing trends
- Color correction and cinematic enhancement
Additional Design Skills
- Strong proficiency in Figma
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Understanding of typography, layout systems, composition, and branding principles
