Role Description

1) 🎬About the Senior Video Editor role
We’re looking for a Senior Video Editor to lead content production across all DPDL platforms. This is an opportunity for someone with strong creative instincts, editorial leadership, and the ability to shape how thousands experience grassroots football in India.
What you'll do:
- Edit across all video formats: YouTube match highlights, vlogs, feature series, interviews, documentaries, season recaps, player/coach features, long-form storytelling content, Instagram Reels, event teasers, sponsor campaigns, and platform-first social content
- Set the visual and editorial benchmark for video output across HQ and multiple cities
- Lead video production for marquee moments: Super Cup, season launches, awards days
- Coordinate with city interns and on-ground teams to ensure strong and consistent footage capture
- Collaborate with designers and social media teams on content planning and execution
- Manage the DPDL content drive: structure, archives, workflows, and version control
- Bring fresh ideas for new content formats, storytelling, and community engagement
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of video editing experience across long-form and short-form content
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects is a plus)
- Excellent storytelling instincts across documentary, cinematic, and fast-paced social formats
- Experience leading or mentoring within a creative team
- Highly organised, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines
- Passion for football or grassroots sport is a big advantage
2)🎬About the Junior Video Editor role
We're growing our creative team. We're looking for a Junior Video Editor eager to grow in a fast-paced, multi-city sports content environment. You'll work across both long form and short-form video, learning on the job, contributing from day one, and developing your craft alongside an experienced team.
What you'll do:
- Edit content across formats : YouTube match highlights, vlogs, feature series, interviews, documentaries, season recaps, player/coach features, long-form storytelling content, Instagram Reels, event teasers, sponsor campaigns, and platform-first social content
- Support the Senior Video Editor on larger productions and marquee events
- Coordinate with city interns to collect and organize footage from across the DPDL network
- Maintain and file all video edits in the DPDL Drive content bank per team conventions
- Assist in repurposing long-form content into short-form cuts for Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp
- Bring energy, speed, and fresh ideas, especially for short-form and trend-driven content
What we're looking for:
- 1-2 years of video editing experience (personal projects, internships, or freelance work counts)
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut Pro, or similar tools
- Good instinct for pacing, music, and what works on different platforms
- Fast learner who takes feedback well and can work to tight deadlines
- Enthusiasm for sports content and a hunger to grow in a creative role
- Passion for football is a bonus
3) 🎨About the Senior Creative Designer role
We're looking for a Senior Creative Designer to lead the visual identity of DPDL across all digital platforms. You'll own the brand, set design standards for the entire network, and produce high-quality content that makes DPDL look and feel like the professional league it is.
What you'll do:
- Design across formats : Instagram Reels, Stories, Carousels, Brochures, static posts, YouTube thumbnails, sponsor assets, event collateral, and more
- Own and evolve DPDL's visual identity system : colour palettes, typography, templates, and motion styles across HQ and all city pages
- Mentor and review work of the Junior Creative Designer and Creative Designer Interns ensuring brand consistency across the network
- Lead design for marquee moments : Super Cup, season launches, award days, and sponsor campaigns
- Collaborate with the Sponsorship team to deliver co-branded and sponsor integration assets on time
- Guide city interns on brand application so local pages feel on brand while retaining city flavour
- Drive DPDL's design innovation : from Merchandise and DPDL Fashion concepts to new community engagement formats
- Maintain the DPDL design asset library on Drive
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of design experience with a strong digital/social media portfolio
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
- Deep understanding of brand identity systems and how to apply them at scale
- Experience working with sponsors or brands on co-branded content
- Ability to lead, give feedback, and elevate the work of a junior designer
- Interest in football, sport, or youth culture is a strong advantage
4) 🎨About the Junior Creative Designer role
We're looking for a Junior Creative Designer who's hungry to grow, fast with tools, and excited about sports content. You'll work across graphic design and short-form visual content : contributing to real, published work from day one.
What you'll do:
- Design content across formats : Instagram posts, Reels graphics, Stories, Brochures, match-day cards, and event creatives
- Support the Senior Creative Designer on larger campaigns, sponsor assets, and brand projects
- Assist in maintaining visual consistency across HQ and city pages, working with city interns
- Create assets for YouTube thumbnails, WhatsApp communities, Facebook, and other touch-points
- Help maintain and organize the DPDL design asset library on Drive
- Bring fresh ideas and a keen eye for what's trending visually in sports and youth content
What we're looking for:
- 1-2 years of design experience (internships, freelance, or strong personal projects count)
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; Canva Pro, Premiere Pro, or After Effects are a plus
- Good eye for layout, colour, and typography, especially for social media formats
- Able to take creative direction, implement feedback quickly, and work to deadlines
- Enthusiasm for social media content and a desire to develop within a structured creative team
- Interest in football or sport is a bonus
5) 📱About the Social Media Manager (Intern) Role
We're looking for a sharp, organized, and social-media-savvy intern to join our growing Creative & Media team. This is a hands-on role where you'll get real ownership : not just scheduling posts, but helping run a multi-city digital network and learning how content operations work at a professional sports organization
What you'll do:
- Assist in managing DPDL's social media pages across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and WhatsApp for HQ and city accounts
- Help maintain and publish the monthly content calendar in coordination with the Video Editors and Creative Designers
- Schedule and publish content with appropriate captions, hashtags, and formats across platforms
- Monitor page performance and compile weekly engagement reports for the HQ team
- Help manage the DPDL content bank on Google Drive : filing, organizing, and archiving content from all cities
- Coordinate with city interns to ensure content is submitted and filed on time
- Assist with community management : responding to comments, DMs, and flagging key interactions
- Stay on top of social media trends in Indian football and bring new ideas to the team
What we're looking for:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Active, informed presence on Instagram and YouTube, you genuinely understand these platforms
- Basic familiarity with scheduling tools, or content calendars
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Good written communication skills in English
- Enthusiastic about sports, football, or community building
- Eager to learn, take ownership, and grow in a professional creative environment
