ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring an experienced Specialist to lead visual post-production, data science architectures and strategic brand partnerships. The role bridges advanced video and graphic mastery with rigorous multimodal data curation (annotation, labelling, dataset structuring), predictive marketing analysis and end-to-end creator collaboration management.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Advanced media direction: lead end-to-end video and image production, including pacing, colour grading, sound design, motion graphics and formatting for commercial distribution channels.
- Data science and annotation: design and supervise multimodal annotation and labelling pipelines for video, audio and visual assets that feed our AI models.
- Analytics: draw insight from structured analytics (conversion, reach, CAC) and from unstructured media (sentiment, visual trends, frame semantics).
- Creator management: source, negotiate with and direct digital creators and talent agencies; oversee contracting, deliverables, creative quality assurance and KPI tracking.
- Brand collaborations: conceive and run co-branded campaigns that build brand authority while protecting brand equity.
- Workflow automation: build automated, AI-powered pipelines that cut production turnaround by 40% or more, and maintain scalable data repositories.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 2 to 5 years of relevant industry experience.
- A proven track record in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop or DaVinci Resolve.
- Experience leading influencer activations and co-branded marketing agreements.
- Hands-on experience with structured and unstructured datasets, quality control in data labelling and annotation, marketing analytics, and AI pipeline orchestration.
