The Mission
We are The UVA VEC, a tech startup building the next generation of digital services and automation tools. We have the tech, but now we need the noise. We are looking for a Creative Marketing Strategist to build our brand’s digital world from the ground up.
This isn’t about managing a page; it’s about starting a movement. We want someone who can take our services and make them the most talked-about tech in the market.
Is This You?
You’re a Natural Creator: You make videos and graphics that actually make people stop scrolling. You don’t follow trends; you start them.
You Speak "Tech": You can take a complex digital service and explain it so simply that everyone wants to buy it.
You’ve Built Hubs Before: You have a track record of growing real, organic audiences from zero.
You’re a Growth Hacker: You have the guts to push boundaries. You don’t wait for permission to be bold.
What You’ll Be Doing
Build the Presence: You’ll launch and lead our brand on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. You own the strategy, the look, and the voice.
Sell the Vision: Your content won't just look good—it will sell. You’ll create campaigns that bring in B2B and B2C clients.
Run the Engine: You are responsible for making your department profitable. If you bring in the clients, you grow the business.
Lead the Squad: You aren't just an employee; you're a founder of this department. As we grow, you’ll hire and lead your own creative team.
What We’re Looking For
Tech Experience: You have marketed or sold digital tools or software before. You understand the "B2B" world but have "B2C" energy.
Content Skills: You’re a pro with tools like Canva, CapCut, or Photoshop. You know what "clean" looks like.
Result-Oriented: You care about "leads" and "sales" more than just "likes."
Bold Personality: You’re unapologetic about your ideas and have the drive to see them through.
