Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Creative Marketing Specialist role based in Ahmedabad. The Creative Marketing Specialist will develop and execute marketing campaigns that strengthen brand awareness, drive engagement, and support sales goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and producing content for social media channels, coordinating photo and video content, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. The role involves collaborating with design, product, and sales teams to create promotional materials, campaign concepts, and seasonal launch plans. The specialist will also track campaign performance, analyze audience insights, and recommend improvements to maximize reach and impact.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Marketing, with experience planning and executing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Proficiency in Branding and brand storytelling, with the ability to maintain a consistent visual and verbal identity.
- Hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing, including content planning, posting, and performance tracking.
- Comfortable working with Social Media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging channels).
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to generate creative concepts, mood boards, and briefs for designers, photographers, and videographers.
- Basic understanding of digital analytics and familiarity with tools such as Meta Insights, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle brands is an advantage, along with a strong eye for aesthetics and trends.
