About the Role
OHI is looking for a highly creative and strategic Marketing Manager who can build strong brand visibility through social media, influencer collaborations, and organic marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a marketing agency or marketing company and must understand consumer behavior, content trends, and brand communication.
This role requires someone who can lead creative campaigns, manage online presence, coordinate with influencers, and drive engagement across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
Handle consumer-focused social media marketing across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
Plan and manage organic marketing campaigns to improve reach and engagement.
Collaborate with influencers, creators, and brand partners for promotional campaigns.
Create strong communication strategies aligned with brand positioning and target audience.
Coordinate with designers, content creators, and video editors for campaign execution.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and market insights.
Manage content calendars, campaign planning, and posting schedules.
Track campaign performance, engagement metrics, and ROI.
Work closely with the sales and business teams to support lead generation and branding initiatives.
Requirements
4–7 years of experience in marketing, branding, or digital marketing.
Prior experience in a marketing agency, branding agency, or creative company is mandatory.
Strong understanding of influencer marketing and social media strategy.
Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
Experience in organic growth strategies and audience engagement.
Knowledge of content marketing, branding, and consumer behavior.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.
Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, or similar marketing tools is preferred.
