About the Role
We are looking for a Creative Marketing Designer who can create high-impact graphics and engaging short-form videos for our digital platforms. The ideal candidate should understand marketing communication, audience engagement, and social media content, not just design aesthetics.
This role involves working on educational, legal-tech, and consumer brand campaigns across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
• Design social media creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and WhatsApp promotions
• Create engaging short-form videos and reels for marketing campaigns
• Design marketing banners, promotional posters, and digital ads
• Edit promotional and educational videos for social media platforms
• Convert content into multiple formats (posters, reels, banners, thumbnails)
• Maintain brand consistency across different platforms and campaigns

Required Skills
• Graphic design using Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma
• Video editing using CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
• Understanding of social media trends and promotional content formats
• Ability to create mobile-first designs optimized for engagement
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with startups, EdTech, LegalTech, or D2C brands
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives and promotional videos
• Ability to work independently and contribute creative marketing ideas
