Product Pursuit | Remote | 3-Month Internship
We’re looking for creative minds who can turn business ideas into compelling brand experiences.
At Product Pursuit, marketing goes beyond visibility. It is about shaping perception, communicating value, building demand, and helping businesses grow.
We work at the intersection of technology, business growth, market expansion, and execution helping organisations translate complex offerings into clear propositions and meaningful impact.
We’re looking for a standout creative who understands that exceptional marketing is a combination of strategy, storytelling, design, and execution.
Someone who can think beyond templates, challenge conventional formats, and create work that looks as good as it communicates.
THE OPPORTUNITY
You will work with our Marketing and Co-Founder’s teams to build brand communication for Product Pursuit and selected client engagements.
From high-impact social campaigns and sophisticated graphic design to business storytelling, digital interfaces, and marketing collateral, your work will contribute to how businesses present themselves, engage their audiences, and communicate their value.
This is an opportunity to work on real business requirements, contribute ideas, and build a portfolio around work that extends beyond classroom assignments and template-driven content.
WHAT YOU’LL CREATE
01 — Brand & Visual Communication
- Develop distinctive, polished creatives for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant digital platforms.
- Translate brand identities and business objectives into visually compelling communication.
- Create campaign graphics, carousels, infographics, editorial layouts, and other digital assets.
- Maintain exceptional standards in typography, composition, colour, hierarchy, and visual consistency.
02 — Content & Creative Strategy
- Develop engaging content concepts, campaign ideas, captions, and brand narratives.
- Communicate complex technology, business, and service-based offerings in ways that are clear, relevant, and compelling.
- Create content that balances creativity with commercial objectives, audience relevance, and brand positioning.
- Explore how AI-assisted workflows, research, and emerging tools can improve creative output and marketing execution.
03 — Digital & UI-Inspired Design
- Contribute to modern digital design concepts, website visuals, landing-page layouts, and interface-oriented creative assets.
- Demonstrate an understanding of clean, contemporary UI principles, information hierarchy, and digital user experiences.
- Transform ideas and rough briefs into polished visual concepts that feel intuitive, premium, and purposeful.
04 — Client & Business Collateral

- Support creative deliverables for Product Pursuit's clients across different industries.
- Adapt visual communication to different audiences, business objectives, and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to turn business requirements into professional, client-ready outputs.
THE STANDARD WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are not looking for someone who simply knows how to use a design tool.
We’re looking for someone who understands why a design works, what a message communicates, and how creative execution influences perception.
You may be a strong fit if you:
- Have an exceptional eye for design, detail, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Can create sophisticated, contemporary graphics without relying entirely on pre-built templates.
- Understand the difference between content that merely fills a feed and content that strengthens a brand.
- Can write clearly, communicate ideas confidently, and translate briefs into effective creative output.
- Have an interest in B2B marketing, technology services, consulting, brand strategy, or business communication.
- Are proactive, receptive to feedback, comfortable with deadlines, and capable of taking ownership of deliverables.
- Can balance creative experimentation with professionalism and business objectives.
TOOLS & CAPABILITIES
Experience with relevant tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, PowerPoint, or equivalent creative software is welcome.
A strong portfolio and demonstrated creative ability matter more than knowing every tool.
An understanding of UI/UX, motion graphics, video editing, AI-assisted creative workflows, or digital campaign execution will be an advantage.
WHO SHOULD APPLY?
Students, recent graduates, aspiring designers, content creators, and emerging creative professionals who want to work on meaningful business and client-facing projects.
Prior professional experience is welcome, but not mandatory. Original thinking, execution quality, attention to detail, and a strong portfolio will distinguish you.
