We’re Hiring: Creative Manager (Architectural Visualization & Visual Direction)
At Seven Horizon Studio, we create more than visuals. We craft experiences that bring architecture and ideas to life through powerful storytelling, cinematic thinking, and photorealistic detail.
We are looking for a Creative Manager who can lead both architectural visualization and cinematic visual direction across projects.
Your Role
As our Creative Manager, you will shape the overall creative vision of the studio while guiding the team in producing world-class work.
You will:
- Lead and mentor a team of 3D artists, designers, and visual storytellers
- Define the visual direction for projects including mood, tone, lighting, and composition
- Develop storyboards and guide narrative flow for films, animations, and presentations
- Direct camera language including framing, angles, movement, and sequencing
- Oversee end-to-end creative production from concept to final delivery
- Collaborate with clients to translate ideas into compelling visual stories
- Ensure consistency, quality, and innovation across all outputs
- Manage timelines, workflows, and creative resources effectively
What We’re Looking For
- Strong background in architectural visualization, filmmaking, or visual storytelling
- Proven experience in creative direction and team leadership
- Deep understanding of cinematic language including camera angles, lenses, pacing, and composition
- Ability to think conceptually and translate ideas into clear visual narratives
- Proficiency in tools such as 3ds Max, V-Ray or Corona, Unreal Engine, After Effects, and Photoshop
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for high-quality visuals
- Ability to balance creativity with deadlines and client expectations
