Job Description
- Lead end-to-end creative direction for luxury and premium brands.
- Build and maintain strong brand identities across visual language, tone, storytelling, and positioning.
- Oversee branding, design systems, websites, digital experiences, campaigns, and content ecosystems.
- Translate brand strategy into clear, actionable creative outputs.
- Ensure fast, efficient execution — turning ideas into live deliverables with speed and precision.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining premium quality standards.
- Act as the primary client point of contact, aligning creative vision with business goals.
- Streamline workflows for smooth production and on-time delivery.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (design, content, operations) to bring concepts to life.
- Contribute to HMLC’s own brand growth and creative evolution.
Requirements
- Background in Luxury Brand Management.
- Strong understanding of premium aesthetics, design sensibility, and luxury consumer behaviour.
- Experience managing branding, websites, campaigns, and multi-channel creative projects.
- Ability to think strategically and execute hands-on.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality work quickly and efficiently.
- Strong project management and operational skills.
- Experience in hospitality, luxury, lifestyle, or premium sectors is a plus.
