Role Overview
V-Rich is looking for a Creative Lead to drive design excellence and creative research & development across all visual touchpoints. This role focuses on design execution, logo development, packaging design, and creative innovation, ensuring high-quality and consistent visual output across products and marketing assets.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Creative Direction
- Lead end-to-end design execution across digital, print, and packaging
- Create and evolve logos, visual systems, and creative assets
- Ensure consistency, quality, and scalability of all design outputs
Logo & Visual Development
- Design and refine logos, icons, layouts, and visual elements
- Develop creative concepts for new product launches and variants
- Maintain documented visual design standards
Creative R&D & Innovation
- Research design trends, packaging innovations, materials, and formats
- Experiment with new creative styles, layouts, and visual storytelling methods
- Work closely with Product and Marketing teams on design-led innovation
AI Tools & Prompt Engineering
- Actively use AI design and content tools to accelerate ideation and execution
- Create, refine, and optimize AI prompts for:
- Visual concepts & layouts
- Packaging mock-up’s & iterations
- Campaign creatives & digital assets
- Integrate AI workflows with traditional design tools for faster turnaround
- Stay updated on emerging AI tools for design, image generation, and creative R&D
Packaging & Product Design
- Design and oversee product packaging, labels, and mockups
- Coordinate with printers and vendors to ensure accurate execution
- Align designs with product specifications and compliance inputs
Team & Vendor Coordination
- Guide in-house designers, freelancers, and creative partners
- Review creative quality and ensure timelines are met
- Manage external vendors for print and production
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong hands-on experience in Graphic Design & Visual Design
- Expertise in Logo Design, Packaging Design, and Layout Systems
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong working knowledge of AI tools for design & creativity
- Ability to write and optimize AI prompts for visual and creative outputs
- Excellent attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset
