Role Overview
Socioo is looking for a Creative Lead to drive its visual storytelling and brand identity across digital platforms. This role involves leading creative execution, developing engaging content, and ensuring consistency in how the brand is presented across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead creative direction across social media, campaigns, and brand content
- Conceptualize and execute high-quality visual and video content
- Oversee design, video editing, and content production workflows
- Maintain and evolve brand identity and visual consistency
- Collaborate with marketing and growth teams on campaign execution
- Identify trends and translate them into relevant, engaging content
Skills & Requirements
- Strong expertise in visual storytelling and creative direction
- Proficiency in graphic design (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Strong understanding of cinematography
- Understanding of short-form content formats (Reels, trends, viral content)
- Experience in branding and visual identity development
- Strong creative thinking and content ideation ability
- Ability to lead and manage creative execution
