As Creative Lead, you will own brand identity and creative strategy - driving visibility,
engagement, and growth across all channels. You will lead 360° marketing campaigns, shape brand messaging, and ensure consistency across digital, influencer, and offline touchpoints. This role combines a high level of creativity and strategic thinking with hands-on execution, using consumer insights to build a strong, differentiated, D2C brand at the confluence of culture, content and commerce!
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop creative strategy and ideas for integrated brand campaigns across digital, influencer,
performance, and offline channels.
● Build and maintain a strong brand identity and brand voice, ensuring consistency in storytelling, packaging, and campaign communication.
● Partner with design, content, and performance teams to deliver compelling campaigns that drive visibility and sales.
● Manage community engagement, PR, and influencer partnerships to amplify brand reach.
● Stay updated with market trends, consumer culture and behaviour, and competitor activities to
identify new opportunities.
● Analyze consumer insights, brand health metrics, and campaign CTR’s & ROI to optimize marketing strategies.
Ideal Candidate:
● 7-8 years of experience in brand and content creation within D2C or FMCG brands
● Strong creative instincts with a passion for high quality content creation
● Proven experience in content strategy, creative direction and copy writing
● Excellent project management and stakeholder collaboration skills – ability to work with multiple teams and deliver results
